The second edition of 3 days personality development program organized by IPA KSB in association with Ahalia School of Pharmacy.  The program will help the students with Self-understanding, Self-confidence, Leadership qualities, Motivational skills, social skills and to deal with their career confusions. This will also be a unique platform for the youth to explore a creative and fun-filled approach to learning about self. The participants will be engaged in interactions both in conventional and nonconventional media like group activities, discussion, experience sharing, showcasing musical and cultural talents towards a renewed understanding of self.
